Caitlyn has finally arrived!

We have our newest addition. She is beautiful and is settling in very well. We have had her for about4 hours now, and she is snuggled on her ba ba's chest having a bottle. We had a few cries at first which were a little hard.

After we came back to the hotel we put a blanket on the ground and put a few toys on the floor. Emma went on the floor with Caitlyn and showed her how to play with the toy cups. Caitlyn (Zhen Zhen) loved it and we got our first smiles, to her jie jie. We gave her a first bottle, which she took immediately, and we have had no crys since.. Thanks to Emma we think.

We were thankful to Emma for making Caitlyn comfortable.

What a day. I can't believe that we have fulfilled our family....
Nai Nai has certainly paid her way already. We left Emma, Anjeleigh and Grace with Joanne this morning while we filled out paper work. Tomorrow she will take them while we take the babies to the notary and to the police station to finalize the adoption.

Thanks to all our friends whom we thought of today. Yuri... your nut mix was a God send while we ran around and had no time for lunch. Deb....Caitlyn looked amazing for her first family picture and Visa photo ... you'll love the results. Cheryl.. your stacking cups are a hit and provided the opportunity for sister bonding. WOW what an amazing moment, and worth all the struggles we have incured to date.

we are all teary today. a dream fulfilled. What gifts will tomorrow bring?

Congratulations. Oh I waited along time for these photos. The photos are amazing. The one with you and Caitlyn reminds me so much of that wonderful photo when you first held Emma. The big sister photo is very lovely. I noticed that Caitlyn is looking up at you.

I do wish that I could have joined you, seeing Nai Nai in the pictures and all that she is doing, reminded me just of what I am missing.

Caitlyn sounds as if she has taken easily to her forever family - give Emma and Caitlyn a big hug and kiss from Grandma. Can't wait for you to get back. Love Mom
